                 IGNORE THESE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

9. Do  not use earphones for LONG periods.

10. Best sleeping time is from 10pm(22hrs GMT) at night to 6am (06hrs GMT) in the morning.

11. Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping.

12. When battery is down to the LAST grid or bar, do not answer the phone as the radiation is 1000 times.

13. NEVER make a call, or answer a call, while the phone is still on charge.

14. DON'T eat menthos before or after drinking coke or pepsi becasue the person may die as it creates cyanide.

15. DON'T put your mobile phone close to your ears until the recipient answers, because immediately after dialling, the mobile phone would use its maximum signalling power, which is 2watts=33dbi.

16. Biscuits and sweets contain hydrogenated oils which boost
cholesterol levels

COMBAT DEPRESSION: maintain a journal and write
all your thoughts; this acts as an emotional let out.

 If you have
high B.P., don't stay away from banana that is high in potassium but
low in salt.
